“Slowing down and coming close, we see patterns emerge and expand out of the tangled tapestry threads. The threads are simultaneously distinct from the whole and part of the whole.”

-Robin Wall Kimmerer

Reflections Workshops

These workshops address themes that often invisibly guide our beliefs and actions. These workshops also allow us to reflect on what is not yet guiding us.

By “slowing down and coming close,” we encounter how different ideas, beliefs and values live in our stories, our bodies, our actions — or do not yet live in these places.

Examples of reflection topics in these 60- to 90-minute workshops include (and are not limited to!) our orientations toward: Success; Courage; Loss and Grief; Being Seen; Mistakes; Curiosity; Emotions; Moods, Joy, Clowning.

Reach out to discuss existing and tailored workshop designs that will align with the needs of your group — whether you are a team within a company, municipality, school, or community organization.

Workshops can be conducted virtually and also in-person for organizations and groups in the Denver area.
